Training :

All selected candidates will be part of a Three-month training process at a stipend of Rs 15,000 for each month. If a candidate successfully completes the BDA training within the first month, they will be eligible for direct promotion to the BDA profile. However, if the company deems that additional training is required after the initial three months, the candidate will be promoted to the BDT profile.
